Tailored and slimming
The pants are tailored and professional-looking and make my legs look slim, but since the pockets were opened, it pulls a little across the front.

Bad fit
Purchased these in black and navy in the normal size I always wear. Took the tags off and steamed them to wear. The lining was so tight it made the fit very uncomfortable. Because I removed the tags I probably can't return them but if you consider buying, try them on first!!

My favorite all-season dress pants!
I ordered these pants a couple of months ago and at the time they were pre-orders for mid-February. I have had these pants in the past and know how nice they are, so I decided to order and wait. I've been losing weight, so I ordered a size I thought I'd be by then and was so pleasantly surprised when they both arrived early (the blue in September and the black in October) and they fit!!! I hope to never be without these pants. Excellent quality and pairs so well with the matching peplum jacket.

Disappointed In the fit and had to return
I love Talbots clothing and purchase all of my slacks and jeans from Talbots. These were sized somewhat differently from the pants I often purchase and I had to return. The waistline was too large and the thigh areas were so tight.
The color and the fabric was nice and I really needed them for a business trip. Disappointed.

They run a size small - have to order another pair
Since these are not carried in the store could not try on. Ordered the size I normally wear and now have to return them and order the next size.

Still wishing for a longer inseam!
I’m a plus size gal who needs a longer inseam. At 6’0” this length is fine for fair weather when I can wear flats, but won’t be long enough for Collette weather when I will need to pair with booties.
