Crisp fabric makes for flattering fit
I bought this to wear to a wedding and love it. I know I’ll get lots of use out of it, because it can cross seasons with a light shrug or scarf.

Poor fit but love the print
I am very disappointed in the fit of this dress. I should have listened to the reviewer who said it was too big in the top - poorly designed I think. I bought it as I love the print.

Beautiful fabric design, simple fit
I vary between petite size 2 and 4 in Talbot dresses (I'm 5'2", 110 lbs), and in this dress size 2 fit perfectly. I love the pattern and color of the fabric. It is not particularly form-fitting at the waist - not a plus in my book - but I really like this dress overall. Note there is back vent, given the narrowness of the skirt at the hem - it's not a deep one, just adds to comfort in walking.

Poor Fit
I ordered this dress in a size 4 and it does not fit at all! As mentioned by other reviewers, the waist and hips are out of proportion! So disappointing.

Nice Fabric
It was perfect for church in the summer time and graduation events. I appreciated the lovely cottony fabric, sleeve length, hem length, and comfortable fit. The 12 fit nicely; I didn't feel trussed up. I would have liked this in a solid color.

Nice fitting sheath dress
Although it gapes ever so slightly at the neck if your posture is not perfect, I am very pleased with this dress. I wear it to the office and head out for the evening afterward in it. 4 1/2 stars.

Small at chest, huge at waist and hips
These last few years Talbots pushed out a lot of "burlap sack fit" dresses which are too small at the chest and huge at the waist and hips. You can even see it with the model on the photo. I ordered my usual 8 size and it is very disappointing. Will return.
