Love these!
Love the fit, the wash and the whiskering. I disagree with the reviewer who is over the whole whiskering thing. I think it should be hear to stay as your option. It makes the belly look flatter and the darker inner thighs on the ones I got helped too. I am looking my best in these!

Comfortable
Reliable Talbots’ jean shorts. Durable, comfortable, easy wash. I have several pair because I work from home & in the summer, these are my go to shorts everyday. The front pockets are deep enough to hold my keys when I have to make a quick run to the farmers market. The best jean shorts I’ve ever worn.

Run a little large but cute
The fabric is comfortable and the shorts are cute. I found that they run a bit large. I have many Talbots twill "perfect shorts" in 16W. The 16W camden denim girlfriend shorts fit a bit looser in the waist and by the end of the day were baggy. 14W worked better for me.
