Don't believe sizing description
This tee in petite is listed as 26 1/2" length. Mine was 24" - quite a difference.

My Go To Tee Shirts
Can't say enough good things about these Talbots 100% cotton long sleeve T's.
First the fit is excellent, it skims where it should and clings where it should. The arms on so many other companies Tees are loose and unflattering these fit. The weight is heavy enough not to be see thru or clingy.Even the neckline is given thought, it doesn't strech out of shape, nor does it bind or feel constricting.
I have purchased these in x and 1x and don't feel like a house. The colors are true and they don't fade or shrink after numerous washings.
I can say this because I now have been buying these tees in various colors for at least the past five years, have them in an assortment of colors plus white and black and still love them. As I've said these are my go to shirts. I wear them from October to April almost daily either alone or layered under sweaters.
All this said just want to note this shirt is a lovely lilac color and looks much nicer(/richer) than the photo in the catalog.

Is there spandex in this shirt?
EmEl just clearing the answer Talbots gave. I understand your idea of Spandex. But Talbots didn't really answer correctly. Talbots should have answered 100% "Pima" Cotton. Big diff between 100% Pima Cotton and 100% Cotton. The question was about spandex. I get that. But Talbots answer was incorrect on their "100% Cotton" when indeed the shirt is Pima. I was also just giving my personal opinion about how I feel about 100% Pima Cotton and 100% cotton. Thanks for your history lesson on cotton. The answer would be no there is no spandex and the shirt is 100% Pima Cotton. Crew neck on the shirt is really not correct either. Crew necks come up higher in my opinion than this shirt. I like higher or I would order jewel neck.

If you prefer your tees to fit looser or closer, please size up or down.

I would like to buy several of this T-shirt. I definitely want long sleeves (which is listed in the title) but the photos here clearly show a 3/4 length sleeve. Which is correct? Thanks
The tee shirt has long sleeves. They may appear to be 3/4 length as the sleeves are pushed up on the model.

Is the crew neckline lower on this tee shirt? It looks to be a bit more like a bateau neckline from some of the pictures. Thank you.
In the photos, all of this style is said to be Crew, but looks like a lower cut jewel neckline. I have a few like this mixed in from last year and they are not a high crew neck. Unfortunately, the knit tees of all shapes and seasons are different - you never know what you'll get in material, cut, size... The quality of Talbots brand has dropped markedly in the last 5 years.
