Nice top
This top has a great structure even after washed. It is not a soft fabric (I thought it was sweatshirt). What it is ...a nice classic top. I thought the fit was just a touch smaller than other tops, but not enough to size up.

Beautiful lavender, fit is off
Loved the lavender color, but the fit is way off. My usual size M was too tight. Size L was huge and shapeless. The same exact top in the camel/gray/navy/black size M fit perfectly and looked great. The lavender went back on the shelf and the striped version came home with me. :)

The chest measurement for a petite small is 36 inches and for a petite medium is 38 inches.

I see the first question about the zipper, but I am going to reiterate and be redundant, because seriously, when you specifically state in the description, back zipper, it would be extremely helpful if, you know, you showed a picture of the highlighted...
