Sabrina Cashmere Fabric
It is rare that I am not completely pleased with a Talbots purchase. The Sabrina Cashmere was a good fit, “as expected”, excellent camel color but the knit was much too thin for a quality Talbots sweater. It felt flimsy. I returned it and will hope an improved cashmere is carried in the future.

Sabrina cashmere sweater
The Sabrina cashmere sweaters are THE most flattering style you could hope for. The face -framing neckline, tunic length, and 3/4 sleeves work well on a petite 5’1”, 108 lb., 71 year old and even more so on friends of much greater height and far fewer years. Indeed, the Sabrina is a universally flattering style.

Is this a quality cashmere that will resist pilling or will it look worn by the end of the season? Cashmere I've purchased in the past few years from various shops have pilled and looked old in just one season, while my sweaters 5x their age have not.
I purchased this sweater last year and have worn it often, it’s comfortable, feels wonderful against my skin. IT HAS PILLED under arms...with that said I’m looking a purchasing another.

Please describe the winterberry color if you can. Is it more purple or burgundy? The little square where you choose a color looks more burgundy but the larger photo with the model wearing it looks more purple.
