Attractive, classy, tie neck sweater.
I love this attractive, professional looking sweater with colorful scarf insert! I get so many compliments so I have purchased two navy, the black one with polka dot scarf and the red one, with navy scarf will arrive tomorrow. Very classy. Thank you, Talbots!

Get this sweater; you will love it!
I bought this sweater at the beginning of the season in the Navy and in Black.I absolutely love the styling of this sweater with the nautical scarf; it looks so classy!
I’ve also been able to switch out that scarf with a number of others in my collection so it’s like having a completely different top. Way to go Talbots-! Whoever came up with the sweater design deserves a bonus!

Classic Improved by the Scarf
I loved this sweater from the first time I saw it in a catalog. However, when I finally got around to buying it, my Petite Small was not available, and I bought Petite Medium, which is really roomy on me. It may go back, but it will hurt to do so, since the sweater is so attractive and well-made. I honestly had to only steam the tips of scarf that were flattened in the packaging, and the sweater looked so stylish and classic. I collect scarves more than I actually wear them, so this sweater solves that problem! I also am eager to change the scarf for another, as some reviewers mentioned. If your size is available, this is a most-do for your wardrobe!

Confused by laundering instructions. Dry clean or Reshape, Lay Flat to Dry - or both??
According to the description, the fabric is cotton and TENCIL. So I think the sweater can be washed but the scarf is silk and that must be dry cleaned. Talbots needs to be clearer on how to wash items. I am still going to purchase and hopefully I am correct about the fabric. Hope this helps. Another question to Talbots, should the item be hand washed and reshaped and let dry. Confusing. Or can it be washed in cold water on delicate.
