Cold water wash warning
Brushed fabric and good fit. Color fills in my closet. First wash in cold water turned my washer color catcher black. Have never had this happen with any garment.

Soft and Comfortable Jeans
Love wearing these grey jeans. A great change from blue. The fit is true to size, the material is soft, the color looks very good and they are comfortable. All of my purchases from Talbot's have been excellent. Their clothes are high quality and versatile, plus the style choices are amazing and unique.

Cadet Grey Slim Ankle Jeans are a Great Addition to my early fall Wardrobe. They fit very well, even though I was leery of the polyester content. I always seem to do better in a jean with very little or not polyester, and these have more than 30%. They don't seem to sag or bag, and are very comfortable. They are long enough, which is sometimes a problem for me in ankle jeans, although I am a short. person. Love them, and recommend them highly. They go with everything!

I have a few pairs of Talbots jeggings and love them. Is this the same fit or baggier?
I am 5'3"/110 lbs. wear size 2 regular/. I have some black corduroy Talbots jeggings from last fall and these pants in cadet gray are tighter.

I’m not sure what size I need. At just barely 5’ 5” & weighing 118 I generally wear either 4 or 6. I wear an XS or S in Talbot’s tops & XS in skirts. An advice for me?
Lynn, I am 5'5" & 130 lbs. I wear a 6 misses in the slim ankle jeans and they are a perfect fit for me. I have them in several colors and wear them daily! I would think you could wear a 2!

Do these have functional front pockets? By this I mean are they deep enough to carry a cell phone in them?
The front pockets in five-pocket style pants are functional but not large enough to carry most cell phones.

Do these jeans stretch much? I’m trying to decide on size. I know they contain spandex but some stretch considerably after wearing.
With this cotton blend, shrinkage or stretching should be very minimal if any.

I love the cadet grey jeans but I have no idea what colors or color works best with these pants other than black or white tops. Any ideas would be so appreciative.
The cadet grey is a medium grey that is a very neutral color. You can mix this color with red, pink, green, brighter blues, etc. The possibilities are endless depending on your desired look and color preference.
