Sizes are all over the place.
I ordered an 8.5, and this shoe is an inch shorter than the Edison flat in the same size. I go between a medium and narrow width, but I could not even get my foot into the shoe.

great looking, poor fit
the leather uppers were so classic but the shoe material was so stiff. usually i wear 8 1/2 but in the past i've purchased an 8 from Talbots & they usually fit. but too small. too bad because I loved the parrern. Sorry I had to return

Runs large
Usually size 8 fits me in Talbots loafers. This one, though, runs wider in the toe box so that my foot slides farther forward, leaving a gap in the heel of nearly an inch. I suggest you size down unless you have wide feet. The shoe is cute and appears well made. I would definitely keep these if they fit me.

I have a high arch. Would these shoes work for me?

Can a person with a high arch wear these?
I have a high arch and I wear a size 9.5 in Talbots shoes and they fit exceptionally well. The pointy toe shoes are usually a little tight across the toe area but with regular wear they do stretch out a little bit. Not sure this helps but you can always go to one of the stores and try on.
