Terrific Jeans Jacket
Super comfortable and perfect for Springtime (or winter with a sweater in the south). Great color and goes with everything. Can be dressed up with a scarf. My husband loved it so much he wore it one day and it looked great on him too!

Casual Chic!
Had been looking around for a jeans jacket and saw this item in a catalog that came in the mail. It’s a fitted cotton jacket with 2% spandex so there’s some give in arm movement. It’s both stylish and versatile. Just hope the material softens a bit with washings.

I love my jacket the inside pockets are very practical!
I will order 2 more because I will save one for future use and keep 1 in my vehicle for a sudden cold day!

A wardrobe basic to enjoy for years
This is my 3rd jean jacket from Talbots and the most basic. The denim is heavy and the perfect denim blue. I wear a M in tops however I purchased a L in the jacket and it fits great.

The wash on this jacket is just right for what I wanted, slightly faded. I have
washed it a couple of times and it holds it shape nicely. Does not shrink.

What is the difference in color between the Lowellwas and the Madison wash?
The Madison Wash is described as a darker blue than the Lowell Wash.

Does the Lowell Wash denim jacket shrink at all. I bought the small because the store did not have medium. The small it perfectly but if it shrinks it will be too small.
The denim is pre-shrunk and should not shrink. We recommend washing in cold and tumble-dry on low or hang to dry.

Descriptions for Lowell & Madison wash jackets refer to chest flap pockets. Though jackets look like they also have side pockets, descriptions don't mention those, so perhaps what I see as side pockets are just pretend pockets? Please clarify.
Just picked up a Madison Wash jacket today and YES, it has pockets. The chest pockets are small and stylish; the side pockets are perfect (not big to accommodate a phone though).... I love this jacket...

I am 70 years old. Is that considered too old to wear this denim jacket.
Absolutely not to old at 70! or 90 for that matter. Denim goes with everything, besides, the millennials today are making up their own rules (like wearing flip flops when there is snow on the ground) why shouldn't we wear denim at 70! I say Go For It!

The bluebell wash is lighter than the Lowell wash in our denim jeans.

I love the classic denim jacket in the Lowell wash. Am I able to wear with denim pants? What other pants/styles will work. I know it will look cute over a dress.
Denim on denim is very acceptable and “in”. You can do a lighter wash pant or a dark wash denim just not the exact shade. Then it looks like a suit of denim. Also would be very cute with lighter wash or white denim skirt. Such as the embroidered denim skirt.
