Terms and Conditions of Talbots Classic Awards (“Program Terms”)

Important note: Please read these Program Terms carefully for important information about your rights and obligations in the Program (defined below). They affect your legal rights and require that you waive class action claims associated with the Program between you and Talbots and waive the right to trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Program
The Talbots Classic Awards Program (the “Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered entirely at the discretion of The Talbots LLC (“Talbots”) subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Program allows you to earn Style points (“Style Points”) on the dollars you spend as described below that can be used to receive Style Rewards that can be applied to your next purchase (“Style Rewards”). The interpretation and application of the Terms are at the sole discretion and application of Talbots.
In these Terms, “member,” “you” and “your” mean the Program member. “We,” “our,” and “us” mean Talbots. “Bank” means Comenity Bank and its affiliates or its assignees.
Talbots reserves the right to void Program member accounts and Style Rewards earned by any person(s) who have wrongfully earned Style Points whether via deception, forgery, or fraud or who have otherwise violated these Terms.
Style Rewards, Style Points, and Classic Awards Loyalty cards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, purchased, sold, or traded. Style Points may not be used as payment of any outstanding obligation to the Bank or to Talbots. Style Points earned cannot be shared across more than one account. Accrued Style Points do not constitute property of the member and are merely valid to accumulate Style Rewards in the context of the Program as described under these Terms. In accumulating Style Points, members in the Program may not rely on the continued availability of any Style Reward or Style Reward threshold and they have no vested right with respect to Style Points, Style Rewards, or Program benefits. No money shall be paid out for forfeited, expired or unused Style Points. The number of Style Points required to redeem any Style Reward may be increased, any Style Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Style Reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time by us, subject to any requirements or limitations of applicable law.
How to Join the Program
Subject to the Program Eligibility requirements outlined below, you can join the Program in one of the following ways:
- In-Store. Pick up a brochure at the register and ask an assistant to assist you.
- Online. Visit talbots.com/register to create an online account with us (a “MyTalbots account”).
- By Phone. Call us at 1-800-TALBOTS (1-800-825-2687) (TTY).
As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to provide your email address or other contact information and to allow Talbots to communicate with you by email, including by electronically sending you special offers, promotions, and information about products or services we think may be of interest to you. You are not required to provide an email address or to opt-in to receive marketing emails from us as a condition of participating in the Program, and you may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time. The information you provide is subject to Talbots’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.talbots.com/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.html.
Program Eligibility
Membership in the Program is available to Talbots customers (age 18 and over) in the United States and Canada, who abide by these Terms. To receive Style Points in the Program, the Classic Awards Loyalty card or number must be presented at the time of purchase, or the purchase must be made using a Talbots World Mastercard (“Talbots Mastercard”) or a Talbots Credit Card (“Talbots Credit Card”) in Good Standing (as described below). The Talbots Mastercard and Talbots Credit Card are referred to herein collectively as “Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards”. Members who are cardholders of a Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Card are herein referred to as “Talbots Credit Cardholder(s).” Purchase is required to earn Style Points regardless of payment method used. Only the individual Program member who makes the purchase may earn Style Points. Members in the Program in the United States who use a Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards to make purchases have the opportunity to earn a greater number of Style Points. Only the Talbots Credit Cardholder may earn the associated Style Points.
Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and any other terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by Talbots at any time. If you are a Talbots Credit Cardholder, these Terms are separate and independent from your Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards Account Agreement (your “Account Agreement”), which governs the use of your Talbots Mastercard and Talbots Credit Card. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Account Agreements, these Terms will control in any matter relating to the Program.
Talbots Credit Cardholders
The Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards and the Classic Awards Premier status under the Program are available only to Talbots Credit Cardholders located in the United States. If you were not already enrolled in the Program, we will automatically enroll you in the Program when the Bank opens your Credit Card account (“Account”). The Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards must be presented as the method of payment at the time of purchase to receive the higher number of Style Points in the Program for the purchase using a Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Card. In any event, regardless of payment method used, purchase is required to earn Style Points in the Program. The Account must be in Good Standing to earn Style Points using the Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards. “Good Standing” means (1) your Account is open to new charges and not over your credit limit, (2) your Account is not more than 60 days past due or otherwise in default, (3) your Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards is not flagged as lost, stolen, or fraudulent according to the Bank’s records, (4) your Account is not in a hardship or workout program, and (5) you are not subject to a credit counseling arrangement relating to your Account. If you use the Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards to make a purchase and your Account is not in Good Standing, you are not eligible to receive any Style Points for purchases made during the period the Account was not in Good Standing.
Classic Awards Premier Status
Talbots Credit Cardholders must spend $750 at Talbots using their Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards in a calendar year (January 1 – December 31) to achieve Classic Awards Premier status. Once achieved, Classic Awards Premier status will continue through the end of the following calendar year. In order to maintain Classic Awards Premier status, however, Talbots Credit Cardholders must continue to spend $750 annually at Talbots on their Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards. If a Talbots Credit Cardholder does not spend $750 at Talbots on the Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards in any calendar year, the card will be designated as Classic Awards without Premier status as of the commencement of the following calendar year. Thereafter, a Talbots Credit Cardholder can again achieve Classic Awards Premier status when the Talbots Credit Cardholder again spends $750 at Talbots using the Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards in a calendar year.
Lifetime Premier Status
A Talbots Credit Cardholder who maintains Classic Awards Premier status for five (5) consecutive calendar years beginning 1/1/26 will thereafter be designated as a Lifetime Premier member. Lifetime Premier status will remain in effect for the duration of the Cardholder’s participation in the Talbots Classic Awards Program, regardless of annual spend. Lifetime Premier members will continue to receive all benefits associated with Premier status, subject to the other terms and conditions of the Program. If a Lifetime Premier member voluntarily closes their Account, Lifetime Premier status will terminate.
Earning Style Points
The Program is limited to earning Style Points for Net Eligible Purchases, whether made in-store, online or via phone. “Net Eligible Purchases” is the amount of purchases of goods (including gift cards and e-gift certificates) and services for personal, family and household purposes made when a Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards or Classic Awards Loyalty card is presented at the time of purchase and the purchase is paid by cash, check, a Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards whose Account is in Good Standing or another credit card or other method of payment accepted by Talbots (an “Acceptable Payment”), rounded to the nearest dollar.
Style Points are not earned on, and the term “Net Eligible Purchases” does not include: returns, refunds, redemption of gift cards and e-gift certificates, credit adjustments, merchandise credit, taxes, shipping and handling charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, charges that violate the terms of your Account Agreement, balance transfers, interest, fees or other Account activity. We have the right to deduct Style Points from your Style Points balance for charges that were not or do not remain Net Eligible Purchases. If your Style Points balance goes negative, you must first earn Style Points to bring your Style Points balance to zero before earning any Style Points towards your next Style Reward certificate. Style Points you earn may not be combined with Style Points earned on any other account.
Classic Awards Loyalty members earn 0.5 Style Points for every $1 spent on Net Eligible Purchases.
Using your Talbots Classic AwardsProgram Credit Cards for purchases at Talbots, you will earn:
- One (1) Style Points for every $1.00 spent or 5% back in Style Rewards on qualifying purchases, minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments (“Net Eligible Purchases”) made at any Talbot's location including in store, by phone, on Talbots.com or on Talbots catalog purchases.
- Talbots Credit Cardholders with Classic Awards Premier status whose Account is in Good Standing earn 1.25 Style Points for every $1.00 spent or 6.25% back in Style Rewards on Net Eligible Purchases made at any Talbot's location including in store, by phone, on Talbots.com or on Talbots catalog purchases.
Using your Talbot's Mastercard at merchants other than Talbots, you will earn:
- Half (0.5) Style Points or 2.5% back in Style Rewards for each $1.00 of Net Eligible Purchases made at Net Eligible restaurant purchases as identified by Merchant Classification Codes as described in the Reward Merchant Classification Codes section below. Style Points on these purchases will round up to the next dollar.
- Two-tenths (0.2) Style Points or 1% back in Style Rewards for each $1.00 of Net Eligible Purchases on Net Eligible Purchases everywhere else Mastercard is accepted. Style Points on these purchases will round up to the next dollar.
Talbots may temporarily prohibit you from earning Style Points, using Style Points, receiving or redeeming Style Rewards, or using any features of the Program if: your Account becomes delinquent; Comenity Bank suspects that you or any authorized user has engaged in fraudulent activity related to your Account or the Program; or Talbots suspects that you misused the Program in any way.
Your Style Points Balance
You may access your Style Points balance on your MyTalbots account at www.talbots.com/ or by calling Talbots Customer Service at 1.800.825.2687 (TTY). Please note that while it generally takes 48 hours for Style Points from a Net Eligible Purchase to post to your Style Points balance, Style Points may take up to 8 weeks to post, depending on the length of any special offer period. At any time, we may verify and adjust your Style Points balance based on our records and based on certain purchases not constituting, or no longer constituting, Net Eligible Purchases. Style Points will remain available in your Style Points balance until they are redeemed for a Style Reward, are forfeited, or expire.
It may take up to two billing cycles for Style Points to post. The amount of Style Points earned is based on the date your purchase was made, which may be different than the date the transaction posts to your Account. For mail order, special order, online, and other purchases, your transaction may not post to your Account until items have shipped.
Bonus Style Points for Special Offers
From time to time, we may make special offers for you to earn additional Style Points for Net Eligible Purchases. These additional Style Points are called “Bonus Style Points.” The way to earn Bonus Style Points, and the Bonus Style Points that can be earned, may vary as compared to regular Style Points in the Program. Read each special offer carefully, as there may be important conditions or limitations, such as blackout periods, Bonus Style Point limits, or exclusions. You may have to register to qualify for the offer. Subject to any requirements or limitations of applicable law, we may change or withdraw an offer at any time without notice. Any such change or withdrawal will not affect Bonus Style Points already earned. Your Net Eligible Purchase must be completed (and the transaction charged to your Account if using the Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards) during the special offer period in order for you to earn the applicable Bonus Style Points. For mail order, special order, online, and other purchases, please be aware that we may not charge your Account until items purchased have shipped. During special offer periods, making a return in the same transaction as your purchase may result in earning fewer Style Points because Style Points are calculated off of your Net Eligible Purchase (in this case, your purchase minus return).
Reward Merchant Classification Codes
Merchants who accept Mastercard are assigned a merchant classification code (“MCC”), which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with Mastercard procedures based on the products and/or services they primarily sell. The Bank and Talbots do not control the assignment of these codes and are not responsible for incorrectly coded purchases. Even though a merchant or some of the items it sells may appear to fit within a certain rewards category, the merchant may not have a code in that category. Purchases made with third-party payment accounts, including but not limited to PayPal and Venmo, will not earn additional Style Points.
Opt-In Offers
From time to time, Talbots may make special offers to earn additional Style Points, which require you to opt in to the special offer to earn the Style Points (“Opt In Offers”). Opt In Offers must be opted into before Style Points are earned, and earning is not retroactive prior to opting in to any Opt In Offers you may select. Opt In Offers will typically have earning criteria and time frames disclosed at the time of the Opt In Offer.
Issuing Style Rewards
Program members across all tiers are issued a $25 Style Reward when their Style Point balance reaches 500. You will receive your Style Rewards via physical mail unless you opt in to receive Style Rewards by email approximately each month. Note that Style Rewards that are sent by physical mail could arrive later.
Expiration
Style Points will expire 12 months after the date that they are posted to your Style Points balance.
Style Rewards expire 180 days from the date they are issued. Once issued, Style Rewards cannot be withdrawn or changed by us, even if we withdraw or modify the Program, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Termination and Forfeiture
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talbots may at any time for any reason change or terminate the Program and these Program Terms without notice.
You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by calling us at 1.800.825.2687 (TTY). If you cancel your participation in the Program, you will no longer earn Style Points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired Style Points and any previously issued Style Rewards as detailed below. Cancelling your participation in the Program does not affect your Account if you are a Talbots Credit Cardholder, and cancelling your Account is subject to the separate terms of your Account Agreement. If you close your Account, you will still be a member of the Program as a Classic Awards Loyalty member.
Talbots reserves the right to terminate you from the Program. If the Program terminates, Talbots terminates you from participating in the Program, or you voluntarily cancel enrollment in the Program, all Style Points will be forfeited as detailed in the next paragraph.
Style Points will be forfeited if any of the following occur: your membership in the Program is canceled or if your Account is closed (Except for New York residents, where Style Points will be forfeited 90 days from notice of Account closure unless your Account is closed for misuse); you terminate your participation in the Program; you or any authorized user engages in any fraudulent activity or misuse related to your Account or the Program, or engage in any activity deemed to be abusive or gaming conduct, as determined by Talbots. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, obtaining or using an Account or Program membership to maximize Style Points earned in a manner that is not consistent with typical consumer activity and engaging in return fraud all as determined in Talbots’ sole discretion. Misuse of your Account also includes, but is not limited to, failure to make timely payments or any other violation of the terms of your Credit Card Agreement.
Style Points earned will be forfeited upon your death, and your estate, successors and assigns will have no property rights or other legal claim to access and redeem such points.
Style Rewards may not be honored and will be forfeited if the member commits fraud, including return fraud or violates applicable law or these Terms.
Redeeming Style Rewards
Style Rewards can be redeemed only on a qualifying Talbots merchandise purchase (whether such purchase is made on Talbots.com, by phone, in store, or a catalog purchase) that equals or exceeds the total amount of the Style Rewards being applied to the purchase. By way of example, a $25 Style Reward can be used to buy at least $25 or more in merchandise, while two $25 Style Rewards could be used to buy at least $50 or more in merchandise. Style Rewards may not be used toward payment of outstanding Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards account balances. Style Rewards may not be used towards the payment of taxes, shipping, handling fees, purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. Style Rewards expire 180 days from their issuance date. Style Rewards are good for onetime use only and must be surrendered at the time of redemption.
Talbots is not responsible for Style Rewards lost in the mail or e-mail, or not received due to failure to update the member contact information on the account. Talbots must be notified of changes of address via Talbots.com or by calling the toll-free customer service number 1.800.825.2687 (TTY). To the extent allowed by applicable law, we may cancel any earned or outstanding $25 Style Reward(s) if we become insolvent, unable to pay our debts when due, file an action under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code or have such an action filed against us.
Other Program Benefits
Semi-Annual Clearance Sales Discount. Talbots Credit Cardholders can also enjoy an additional 5% off markdowns during our Semi-Annual Clearance sales. Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards benefits are subject to credit approval and the Account must be in Good Standing. The Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards must be used as the method of payment to take advantage of these offers.
Birthday Discount. To receive the birthday discount offer, the Classic Awards member must provide Talbots with their birth month. The birthday discount (10% off for Classic Awards Loyalty members and 15% off for Talbots Credit Cardholders, subject to the limitations described below) can be used on any Talbots purchase, excluding Gift Cards and e-gift certificates. The birthday discount may only be used once in any twelve-month period. The birthday discount is valid on all merchandise purchases and good for one full day during the birthday month, combinable with other offers, has no cash value, is not transferable, and is for promotional purposes only, without any money or other thing of value being given in exchange. The birthday offer is available to active Classic Awards members who have used their Talbots Credit Card, Talbots Mastercard or Classic Awards Loyalty card at least once in the past 24 months. The Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards must be used to take advantage of the 15% birthday discount. The Talbots Credit Card birthday offer is subject to credit approval and the Account must be in Good Standing.
Anniversary Bonus Gift. Classic Awards Members receive one-time bonus Style Points if they shop at least once in any channel during their Anniversary month of when they joined the Program. Classic Awards Loyalty Members and Talbots Credit Cardholders receive 100 Bonus Style Points for their Anniversary gift. Talbots Credit Cardholders with Classic Awards Premier status receive 250 Bonus Style Points for the Anniversary gift and must use their Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards as the method of payment. Bonus Style Points are awarded to the member’s account 4-6 weeks after the last day of their Anniversary month. Members are only notified of their Anniversary month if they are subscribed to marketing emails.
Free Shipping. Talbots Credit Cardholders with Classic Awards Premier status receive free standard shipping (3-7 business days on in-stock items) on all talbots.com, phone and catalog purchases to one shipping address within the US or Canada only, when a valid Talbots Classic Awards Program Credit Cards is used as the method of payment. Additional charges may apply if you choose express delivery and/or multiple shipping addresses. All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient. Classic Awards Premier free standard shipping is subject to credit approval and the Account must be in Good Standing.
The Program may be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to any requirements or limitations of applicable law. Program details can be found at www.talbots.com/classic_awards_terms_conditions/ or by calling customer service at 1.800.825.2687 (TTY) (toll-free in the US).
Communications and Customer Service
We may contact you about the Program by mail, phone call, e-mail or other methods permitted under applicable law. As needed, you agree to promptly update your contact information at by calling 1.800.825.2687 (TTY). We are not responsible for any $25 Style Reward or communications in connection with the Program lost or undelivered due to incorrect or changed address or other contact information, or other causes beyond our control.
You can access your Program activity and Style Points balance in your MyTalbots account on www.talbots.com. For customer service, call us at 1.800.825.2687 (TTY).
Style Points Disputes
If Style Points you believe were earned have not timely posted to your Style Points balance, you may dispute your Style Points balance (“Style Points Dispute”) by immediately calling 1.800.825.2687 (TTY) or writing to Talbots, One Talbots Drive, Hingham, MA 02043. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate your Style Points Dispute if you notify us within 90 days of the purchase date. If you do not notify us within that period, you waive your right to make a Style Points Dispute with respect to that purchase. We may require you to provide written confirmation of the dispute and the applicable purchase receipt and may decline to investigate further if you do not provide the requested confirmation or a valid receipt. Upon completion of the investigation, we will have no further responsibilities if you later reassert the same Style Points Dispute. Please note that the dispute rights with respect to your Account under the Account Agreement do not apply to these Terms or to your rights and remedies under these Terms, which are solely as set forth in these Terms. Your sole and exclusive remedy, and our maximum liability to you, in the event you prevail in a Style Points Dispute, is for us to credit the disputed Style Points to your Style Points balance.
Limited Liability
Unless otherwise required by law or our agreements with you, neither Talbots nor the Bank, nor any of our or its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, service providers, or agents will be liable to you, or anyone making a claim on your behalf, in connection with (a) any termination of, change in, or suspension of the Program, or typographical or other errors in connection with special offers or other Program communications; (b) any claim relating to products purchased using any Style Reward obtained through the Program; (c) any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience caused by any occurrence outside of our control; or (d) any taxes that you incur as a result of receiving or redeeming Style Points. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any liability that we or they may have to you in connection with the Program shall be limited to the amount of any Style Points you have earned in accordance with these Terms. Talbots reserves the right to correct any errors in connection with the Program.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALBOTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALBOTS’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER THESE TERMS AND THE PROGRAM, FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND WILL NOT EXCEED THE STYLE POINTS YOU HAVE EARNED AND NOT YET REDEEMED.
No Warranties
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALBOTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Taxes
You are responsible for any tax liability that may result from participation in the Program or use of any Style Rewards. Consult your tax advisor concerning such tax consequences.
Class Action Waiver/Dispute Resolution
Any legal dispute between you and Talbots concerning or arising out of these Terms and/or your use of the Program, shall be resolved on an individual basis in court or small claims court only (hereafter, the “Dispute Resolution Agreement”). Either you or Talbots may bring any individual claim in small claims court consistent with the jurisdictional and dollar limits that may apply, as long as it is brought and maintained as an individual claim.
Waiver of Right to Bring Class Action and Representative Claims
All disputes shall proceed on an individual basis. The judge is empowered to resolve the dispute with the same remedies available in court, however, any relief must be individualized to you and shall not affect any other customer. You and Talbots agree that each may bring claims against the other in your or their respective individual capacities and in so doing you and Talbots hereby waive the right to a trial by jury, to assert or participate in a class action lawsuit or class action arbitration, to assert or participate in a private attorney general lawsuit or private attorney general arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated lawsuit or joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind. If a court decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of this paragraph's limitations as to a particular cause of action, then that cause of action (and only that cause of action) must remain in court and be severed.
Governing Law; Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Program must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or be barred forever. Talbots’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Talbots with regard to the Program and matters addressed in these Terms. Neither the course of conduct between you and Talbots nor trade practice shall act to modify any portion of these Terms. Under no circumstances will Talbots be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond its reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms supersede any previous terms and conditions governing the Program. The Program is not available where and to the extent prohibited by law. Talbots will not lose our rights under these Program Terms because Talbots and Comenity Bank to delay or not enforce them.
No Bank Participation
The Bank does not: (a) endorse Style Rewards or products or services purchased at Talbots using Style Rewards; (b) make any express or implied warranty regarding Style Rewards or products or services purchased at Talbots; (c) guarantee the performance of Style Rewards or products or services purchased on Talbots; or (d) offer, issue, operate or control Style Rewards offered through the Program.
Notice of Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, upon notice to you in writing to the last address provided, by email, by posting on the Talbots website, or by any other reasonable means in our sole discretion. You waive any right to receive advance, specific, or individual notice of such changes or modifications, except in instances where New York General Business Law § 520-e or any requirements or limitations of other applicable law may apply. If you do not agree to all of the Terms now or at any point in the future, please contact us at 1.800.825.2687 (TTY) to un-enroll. By continuing to participate in the Program, you agree to accept any changes to the Program or these Terms, subject to the requirements or limitations of applicable law.
We rely on the Bank to let us know if your Account is not in Good Standing for purposes of the Program, and it is not necessary to provide us with your Talbots Credit Card or Account details with the Bank to participate in the Program.
